What You Will Do:
Specializing in Emulate 3D, facilitates execution of manufacturing and logistics projects.
Applies electro-mechanical integration of motors and motor controllers, actuators, and power supplies.
Designs, programs, and troubleshoots packaging machinery and line control systems.
Programs robots, PLC’s, and HMI’s.
Provides site start-up support for MHE and Automation equipment.
Competent in C# and JavaScript programming languages.
Develops and maintains Emulation Object Library.
Builds, develops, and carries out testing procedures for applications and models.
Writes application commissioning support for commissioning projects (remote and on-site).
20-50% project travel to customer sites (US only) to complete investigations and take measurements needed.
Education and Experience:
Four-year degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or closely related field.
Proficiency required in C#, JavaScript, and emulation software relating to Allen-Bradley (ControlLogix, PLC5, SCL500), PanelView Plus HMI’s, Industrial Communications Networks (EthernetIP, ASI, Profibus, and Profinet), Kinetix Servo Drives and VFD’s.
