A leading financial services company in Little Rock is seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant.
Specific responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Has a professional demeanor with clients via telephone, email and in person
Handles day-to-day mail, client calls, transactions and problem resolution, escalating items to manager or registered principal
Provides customer support and general administrative duties
Knowledge of insurance and insurance products a plus
Ability to multi-task and operate efficiently in high-volume entrepreneurial environment
Ability to collaborate and interact with multiple business structures
Participate in the implementation of systems and processes
Must be well organized and able to manage competing priorities
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Previous experience working in the financial services and/or investment industry preferable but not required
Polished, professional appearance is a must
Some travel may be required on occasion
