If you are looking for a part time property management/handyman gig this is the one for you.
Work involves for you to do fix and repairs, install water heaters, replace flooring and other handyman tasks. Also, from time to time rent collection and evictions will also be part of your job responsibilites. All properties are within Little rock and North little rock/Jacksonville area. If you do not have handyman experience please do not apply.
