Knowledge about vaping, tobacco, and Hemp is a must, but where you will set yourself a part will be your upbeat and positive attitude and personality.
Our main focus is our customers. We are a small family run business and we want our customers to feel like they are a part of a family. We will be serving folks from all walks of life so of course you will be required to treat the less fortunate just as good or if not better than the out of state tourists with lots of money.
My partner and I grew up in the 80's and 90's. We remember when customer service was of course all about the customer. Back in those days there was a motto. "The customer is always right!"
We don't actually believe the customer is always right. However, making them feel they are always right is the key and if you understand and know how to make someone feel right even when they are wrong you are exactly who we are looking for.
About the position:
This is an entry level job which will start out part-time (20-28 hours a week) and as you prove yourself and we grow as a business you will become the full time manager of our store. Which will include a generous salary, healthcare, and a retirement plan. The starting pay is $15 an hour.
