Answer inbound calls, determine location and scope of service needed and quote accordingly.
Monday thru Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm
Answering the phone on the first ring is your top priority.
Responding to emails within 5 minutes is your top priority
Call and email volume is low but growing. Currently 30 calls and emails per day with a goal of 200 per day.
Compile potential customer target list and distribute to Outside Sales Team
This is critical to our outside sales team.
Some cold calling is required.
This is a fast pace yet easy job. Great environment and you will not be micro managed.
Base Salary plus sales commission
