Join Our Team – Lead Generator & Customer Engagement Specialist

We are currently looking for a friendly, motivated, and results-driven Lead Generator to join our growing team. This role is all about starting conversations, building connections, and generating new customer opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You will be responsible for customer acquisition through multiple channels, including:
Engaging directly with customers in retail environments like Home Depot
Attending community events, home shows, or other marketing venues
Distributing flyers and promotional materials
Helping us develop new outreach strategies to attract homeowners
Identifying potential leads and setting in-home sales appointments for our team
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, creating opportunities, and helping families improve their homes. Prior sales experience is a plus but not required—we are happy to train the right person.
Position Details:
