Trailers Direct of Little Rock is Seeking a Person with Sales Experience & Tough Skin
You will be expected to assist with loading & unloading trailers from the delivery trucks.
Using a forklift to lift them off and a tractor to move them around the lot.
Forklift certified is a plus knowledge of driving a manual is necessary in operating the tractor.
You will assist in putting tires on each of the units as they come off as well.
You will need to have basic knowledge of trailers or a willingness to quickly learn about them.
You will be asked to retrieve trailers from the lot for service, purchases or rental purposes.
Lot maintenance is also included in job duties.
Such as mowing, spraying weeds, picking up trash, rearranging the trailers, snow removal, etc.
We will also be assisting in staining the trailer decks, washing trailers, staging them for marketing, preparing them for sale, etc.
This is an all-hands-on deck operation, as we are a small business. We all “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
We are a team and conduct ourselves as such. No one person gets the job done, we all assist each other.
You will also be assisting customers in purchasing the perfect trailer to fit their needs.
Assist in scheduling rental trailers and service appointments.
Everyone answers the phone, everyone assists each other.
This is a blue-collar position; we work in all types of weather, inside and outside.

Proven work experience as a Car Sales associate, Retail Sales or similar role preferred.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficiency in English, bilingual is a plus
Basic Math skills
Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Hands-on experience with Quick Books for POS transactions
Familiarity with inventory procedures
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
Availability to work flexible shifts
High school degree or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $52,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
