Riverside at Rockwater, a luxury apartment community in North Little Rock is seeking a skilled, customer service oriented Maintenance Technician. Applicant should be able to perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, HVAC repairs and apartment prep. This is a full time position and does require call rotation. Applicant must have reliable transportation and own hand tools. HVAC or EPA certification is preferred.
