What do we mean when we say we want qualified installers? Just the basics, but done well: tight miters, clean caulking, straight line cutbacks, etc. If youâre the best, weâve got a long-term home for you with a solid, stable company.
We are BUSY and we stay busy year-round. Expect no downtime during the winter months. We don't get "slow".
We keep a really friendly, positive environment with trustworthy workers. It is very important that any candidate be honest, reliable and easy to get along with. You must be able to pass a background check.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
⢠Performing window and door installation process
⢠Provide Signature Service by engaging the home owner
⢠Preparation of window/doors and existing openings such as taping, caulking and cleaning
⢠Exterior/Interior finish work
⢠Breaking metal
⢠Travel Required in 200 mile radius

⢠2 years of window installation experience
⢠2+ years of metal break experience
⢠Willingness to learn new skills
⢠Dependable truck
⢠Enclosed trailer
⢠The tools necessary to install windows and patio doors
