The Battery Changer is responsible for maintaining and managing industrial truck batteries to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role requires adherence to safety protocols, proper housekeeping, and the ability to respond to operational needs, including emergency calls and shift adjustments.Key Responsibilities:Safely change powered industrial truck batteries as needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work and storage area.Ensure proper disposal of waste materials by removing trash and emptying recycling bins.Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks and maintain accurate records using PC-based systems.Support the maintenance team with various tasks as required.Respond promptly to emergency calls and adapt to shift changes and overtime as necessary.Adhere to company safety policies and guidelines to prevent workplace hazards.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager or Facility Supervisor
