Job Summary:Bosch is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to support the fulfillment of Sia Product within our warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely order preparation, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and performance. The ideal candidate demonstrates a high level of accountability and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Key Responsibilities:Pick and pack Sia Product accurately according to order specifications.Repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs., with occasional team lifting up to 100 lbs.Operate manual pallet jacks regularly; use powered industrial trucks (PIT) as needed.Perform product verification and quality control checks prior to shipment.Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and movements.Assist with cycle counting, inventory management, and warehouse organization.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.Follow all safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, and company policies.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency.Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this role.Standard shift is Monday through Friday. Weekend work (Saturday and occasional Sunday) may be required based on customer shipment needs.Shifts range from 8 to 10 hours depending on sales volume and operational requirements.
