Collaborate with HR leadership and other departments to ensure the effective implementation and evaluation of HR policies, programs, and strategies. Use data analytics to identify trends, measure the impact of HR initiatives, and support data-driven decision-making. Develop and manage dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment effectiveness, and employee satisfaction. Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies. Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures. Develop, implement, and manage HR programs and initiatives, including employee engagement, performance management, and professional development. Partner with departmental leaders to ensure HR programs align with business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness. Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights into employee trends, performance, and program effectiveness. Use data to support decision-making and drive HR strategies, including workforce planning and talent management.Requirements Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role. Proficient in ADP. Experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is required. Knowledge of Ceridian and Dayforce HR platforms is preferred. Demonstrated understanding of Benefit Functions. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be well-versed in HR compliance and regulations. Experience in handling Employee Relations is necessary. Familiarity with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) is required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
