JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Lead Person (in any functional area) Location Kennett, Paragould, Marmaduke Department Job Code: Reports To: Group Leader Production/Paint/Head Press/WAP # Employees Supervised: N/A FSLA Status: Non-Exempt Job Summary & Essential Functions: Typically assists the Group Leader or other senior employee in placing employees in appropriate job positions, assumes a working lead role, and helps implement directions of Group Leader or other senior employee in charge. Required Skills & Qualifications: Assists the Group Leader or other senior employee in placing employees in appropriate job positions. Assumes a working lead role in the department or area. Helps implement directions of Group Leader or other senior employee. Ensures that safety and housekeeping standards are met and maintained. Performs other duties as directed by the Production Group Leader. Required Experience / Education / Training / Certifications: Prefer a high school education or equivalent, and some familiarity with manufacturing equipment.
