WHAT YOU WILL DO: To perform this job successfully, the ideal candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:?

Manage the sourcing, logistics, and fulfillment of customer orders sourced and fulfilled across a wide geographic footprint. Receive, strategize, arrange. and coordinate deliveries of all Safe Foods Chemical Innovations (“SFCI”) provided products and equipment to SFCI customers.

Identify sourcing, logistics, and process improvements to meet customer critical issues and requirements.

Receive, confirm, and process orders from customers via phone, email, and other methods.

Facilitate efficient and accurate processing of orders within our ERP system.

Operate under short deadlines to cost-effectively source order materials and develop strategy to deliver within the Customer’s commercial timelines.

Engage supplier(s), carrier(s), and/or customer(s) directly by phone or email to plan and execute sourcing and logistics strategy to make timely delivers aligning with Customer needs and logistics constraints.

Track orders, resolve sourcing and logistics issues, clarify order requirements, propose delivery and logistic solutions to customers and stakeholders, and ensure complete fulfillment of all deliverables.

Establish relationships with, and source from, ‘drop-shop’ suppliers to coordinate procurement of product and shipping schedules to meet customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Orchestrate, organize, and execute upon freight deliveries with 3rd-party logistics carriers to ensure timely deliveries of products from the origin of shipments to their final destination.

Qualify freight carriers and forwarders as needed.

Assist SFCI Procurement team in contracting with qualified carriers and forwarders.

Build sustainable relationships with all stakeholders through open and interactive communication.

Identify, synthesize, and communicate critical and/or sensitive information to internal stakeholders and Customers in a timely manner.

Create and present solutions to logistical and sourcing issues as they arise and impact the company’s and customer’s expectations.

YOUR MUST HAVES:

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (“GED”).

1 year of experience in customer service or B2B customer relations experience.

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and time management skills.

Self- starter with the ability to work independently at times.

Efficient in Microsoft Office, i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.

Attention to detail, with strong and accurate data entry skills.

WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of ERP system.

Ability to pick up new tasks as assigned on a daily/weekly/monthly/annual basis.

OUR ENVIRONMENT: This position is based in our chemical blending facility located in North Little Rock, AR. It is an office environment where you will be furnished with a cubicle style sitting desk.WHAT WE OFFER:
