Engineer with background in equipment design and manufacturability is needed at an eastern AR factory. This company offers excellent starting salary and benefits. Relocation is available to qualified candidates. You should have and engineering degree and at least five years’ experience with a manufacturing company that uses complex production machinery. Well-versed in equipment specification and design, rebuilds, installation, and modification for reliability improvement.  Using your background in manufacturing engineering, determine machinery and/or power requirements that will meet production volumes. Design new products, or revisions to existing products Develop bills of material & recommendations for spares for all projects Track/forecast costs to maintain good budget control Provide training to end users on changes to existing equipment and new installations Work with technicians and contractors on equipment installations. This job may require overnight travel of 2-3 nights around once a month.
