Coordinate with the customers on the dates/times for our non-paint work to be performed and supervise crew activities accordingly.
Train crew on current Company procedures and new equipment.
Set-up work so as the jobs are performed as efficiently as possible on the road.
Ensure the crews are equipped with the appropriate safety and production equipment
Required Skills
Good computer skills
Good communications skills
Good interpersonal skills in dealing with owners of tanks
Good organizational/follow-up skills on pending issues
Required Experience
High School Diploma or GED
NACE Level 1-3 CIP certification is a plus
Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering or Construction Management is a plus
