Responsibilities:

Lead the ideation, development, execution, and measurement of content marketing that exceeds the creative brief and editorial calendar, assessing the existing market presence of the brand and the competitive set; help identify opportunities and risks within a fixed budget.

Manage campaigns, deployment and market response, ensuring content is being executed on strategy; raise issues when it veers off the path and be able to get it back on brief.

Work with analytics to measure the return on content investment; take corrective action as necessary.

Innovate on existing assets and create sales materials, write and execute compelling sales content such as collateral, white papers, proposals, presentations, statements of work and responses to RFPs/RFIs. May coordinate necessary approvals and/or produce and deliver critical messages for senior leaders.

Work with Sales Executives to develop and deliver customer demonstrations and prototypes with communications plans and programs.

Determine proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs; studying requests for proposal (RFPs); attending strategy meetings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree inMarketing, Communications or related fieldor equivalent experience required

5+ years of experience in content marketing or social media marketing

Agency side experience

Early Education category experience

Worked on brands that moms and parents are a core audience

Creativity: Find new and compelling ways to convey solution positioning and value props

Lead the ideation, development, execution and measurement of content marketing that exceeds the creative brief and editorial calendar, assessing the existing market presence of the brand and the competitive set; help identify opportunities and risks within a fixed budget. Manage campaigns, deployment and market response, ensuring content is being executed on strategy; raise issues when it veers off path and be able to get it back on brief Work with analytics to measure the return on content investment; take corrective action as necessary Participate in both pre-sales meetings and sales calls and get feedback from sales teams to optimize and improve sales enablement assets, slide decks, training, and messaging. Develop goals and tactical plans to improve new customer acquisition and existingcustomer upsell and retention. Document personas and the buyer's journey and identify the critical content needed tohelp prospects and existing customers research and use Adlucent’s services. Partner with marketing and update/leverage client successes/data when planning for pitches and leading the RFP process working with the Integrated Digital Marketing Specialist.
