Work Shift: 1ST SHIFT (United States of America)SUMMARY: The Associate Recruiting Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships and identifying talent for the organization. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Representing the company at recruitment events

Collaborating with managers to identify and source qualified candidates using sourcing tool kit and techniques to attract top talent to the organization such as job boards, search engines, niche sites, LinkedIn and other social media, passive lead generation, etc.

Provide consultative full life-cycle recruiting while remaining OFCCP compliant

Develop and maintain effective relationships with professional organizations to maintain an on-going relationship to create a pipeline of talent for the organization, internal business leaders, hiring managers, HR business partners and other HR professionals

This position will support Corporate Services with sourcing and recruiting responsibilities spanning both corporate and field based positions.REQUIREMENTS:Education:Bachelor's degree preferredExperience:1+ years of Human Resources or recruiting experience preferred.Communication Skills:Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills to effectively communicate in a variety of settings across all organizational levelsComputer Skills:Strong computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, SAP, data mining techniques, and strong scouring capabilities preferredSpecial Skills:Ability to multi-task; detail oriented; motivated, self-starter; determination to improve and expand corporate programs; ability to be effective with limited resources.Travel:Minimal travel requiredWhen completing a Tyson Foods employment application, be sure to complete all tasks listed on the candidate home page.
