Clean and disinfect water fountains and/or water coolers Every Service

Dust and clean all office furniture, fixtures, and horizontal surface Every Service

Dust blinds and wipe windows sills Every Service

Dust mop and damp mop all hard floor areas with a hospital grade disinfectant Every Service

Empty trash and replace liners disinfect receptacles as needed Every Service

Remove all cobwebs Every Service

Spot clean all doors, door frames, and walls Every Service

Spot clean and remove all smudges from partition glass (if applicable) Every Service

Vacuum all carpet, mats, and area rugs and remove new spots as needed Every Service

Dust/vacuum all ceiling vents, light fixtures, and picture frames 2 x month

B. ENTRANCE & RECEPTION AREA FREQUENCY

Clean entrance door glass, remove all smudges Every Service

C. WAITING ROOM FREQUENCY

Focused attention to this area since it is the customer’s first impression Every Service

In addition to ALL AREA tasks, please arrange chairs Every Service

D. PATIENT SUITES FREQUENCY

Clean and wipe all horizontal surfaces Every Service

Remove dust and smudges from TV screen and any mirrors Every Service

Dust/wipe patient furniture Every Service

Perform any ALL AREA task that is applicable Every Service

Focus on attention to detail in all PATIENT SUITES - high priority area Every Service

E. COFFEE BAR FREQUENCY

Perform any ALL AREA task that is applicable Every Service

Wipe down all appliances / coffee makers Every Service

Ensure floors are throroughly swept and mopped Every Service

F. RESTROOMS FREQUENCY

Clean and disinfect sinks, toilets, and urinals Every Service

Clean and polish dispensers, fixtures, and mirrors Every Service

Clean and polish mirrors, remove all smudges Every Service

Restock all paper and soap supplies Every Service

Wash floors and baseboards with germicidal cleaner Every Service

F. NURSING STATION FREQUENCY

Clean and disinfect all horizontal surfaces Every Service

Remove all trash and replace trash liners Every Service

Perform any ALL AREA task that is applicable Every Service

G. CLOSING PROCEDURES FREQUENCY

Clean and organize janitorial closet Every Service

Lock appropriate doors and set alarm Every Service

Perform final check of all work completed Every Service

Report any abnormalities
