Job Summary:

Responsibilities and Duties:
Answer a high volume of inbound calls
Successfully handle an average of 175 calls per day
Enter all customer-related data into the CRM system in real-time daily
Key to Success:

Confidence and resilience to overcome challenges
Strong computer literacy and prior knowledge of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Excellent verbal and written communication
Goal-oriented—you set high standards for yourself and work to achieve them
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
High school diploma or GED required
3 years of experience in straight commission sales
