I am looking for an experienced handyman to maintain a 10-unit apartment building in Hooks, Tx inside and outside the property. I need someone who has a wide variety of skills such as making minor plumbing and electrical repairs, changing toilets and sinks, and keeping the building and grounds sourrounding it in good order. Cutting the grass, picking up trash, and doing minor landscaping is also required. The ability to accommodate the wishes of tenants is a must. A background check is required. The pay is $15 an hour.
