And what will you do?Summary: We are seeking a Digital Marketing Producer who can seamlessly integrate technology and creative design to drive our digital marketing initiatives forward. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and creative vision to strategize, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across various platforms and participate in the strategic process of achieving enterprise and business unit goals through integrated marketing campaigns.Core Functions: Implement, manage, support, and improve the company’s marketing technology stack and digital marketing platforms/profiles Utilize and represent marketing requirements to IT for various marketing technology platforms (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation tools, analytics tools) to optimize marketing campaigns and improve overall efficiency. Provide insights and recommendations on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness and audience engagement. Evaluate and recommend new technologies that enhance marketing capabilities and align with business goals. Partner with marketing teams to develop digital marketing strategies that leverage technology to achieve business objectives. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute technology initiatives that support marketing objectives. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for marketing technology platforms and tools used by the marketing and sales teams. Train marketing and sales teams (in a train the trainer model) on the use of new technologies and tools, ensuring they can effectively leverage them for campaign execution and optimization. This could include live trainings and recorded webinars, as well as documentation, videos, and other tools. Document processes and best practices related to marketing technology usage and integration. Write and maintain department Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) when it comes to system utilization and reporting. Support organic and paid efforts on company digital platforms, including social media. Partner with IT organization to ensure adherence to company’s cybersecurity practices, data usage policies, and other best practices and standards.Develop and execute visual and digital elements of integrated marketing campaigns and individual marketing requests Conceptualize and design digital marketing assets, including but not limited to social media graphics, banner ads, email templates, website assets, and digital content (videos, animations, infographics). Plan and execute visual asset collection, including photography and videography. Develop and lead digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution, integrating technology solutions with creative design elements. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages and campaign objectives.Support sales and marketing print, digital, and web collateral creation Support website content updates, including editing or adding web page content, creating and editing new landing pages, and creating visual assets for the company’s websites and customer websites. Design and edit sales and marketing collateral to support new and existing products, services, and internal and external initiatives. Work with approved vendors, freelancers, and agencies and printers to produce digital assets.Cross-functional collaboration and project management Collaborate cross-functionally to align digital marketing initiatives with overall marketing and business strategies. Manage digital marketing technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration of marketing technology solutions.Marketing data analytics Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WordPress, Zoho) to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPIs. Interpret data insights to make data-driven decisions and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness and ROI.Demonstrate customer-first editorial mindset Ability to analyze and present content and social performance. Key Measures of Success: Accelerate the company’s sales and marketing collateral and advertising from printed to interactive, digital options. Develop Marketing ROI and performance tracking for campaigns and ongoing systems Increase contractor and distributor engagement with and participation in Central States’ digital content and platforms Improve traffic and engagement metrics for Central States’ websites Implement Marketing technology systems in collaboration with Central States’ IT department achieving goals outlined in original business case to meet requirements. Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design, art, computer science, communications, or similar.

Intermediate proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite like InDesign and Photoshop) and familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.). Experience with tools like Canva a plus.

Intermediate proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premier.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and a passion for innovation in digital marketing.

Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of digital platforms, both paid and organic, (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, organic social media, email marketing systems) and content management systems.

Familiarity with CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms, with a preference for Zoho.

Five years’ experience in digital marketing. Strong understanding of digital paid, programmatic, and organic campaign administration and analytics systems, including Google Analytics, Meta, and LinkedIn.

Two years’ experience managing successful digital display programs through trade publications and industry associations.

Three years’ experience in basic website design and CSS, including experience with WordPress. Preferred experience integrating WordPress with other third-party analytics tools or other software systems to enhance the user experience.

Three years’ experience with SEO/SEM systems and content optimization with proven results.

Two years’ experience in marketing project management using tools like Monday or the like.

Strong portfolio of creative showing a range of applications and marketing deliverables preferred.

Digital Marketing Certifications and achievement of credentials in Google Analytics, WordPress, Zoho Marketing Plus, and other similar tools preferred.

Physical Demands & Work Environment: Work is performed in an office environment.
