If you are looking for a small team feel with a much bigger organization standing behind you, then the Walnut Ridge Bosch location will be a great fit for you!Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for the receiving process for warranty returns to the Walnut Ridge, AR facility including handling/sorting product, reviewing paperwork, verifying returned product to authorized RGA and to packing slip, assigning cord tag, entering information into SAP, conducting Hipot tests, collecting data and samples, and processing Quick Scrap products.Responsibilities:
Determine, based on paperwork, if the returned product should be considered an eligible warranty return or something else.
Verify returned product to authorized RGA and packing slip, and mark RGA appropriately to match the returned product.
Assign the correct colored “cord tag” to tools and some select accessories. Enter the customer info, tracking info, model #, and cord tag number into SAP so that units can be tracked through the reconditioning process.
Hipot test all corded tools to ensure Recondition Specialist will be protected from electrical shock.
Collect run-time data, “Watch List” samples, & RUQ (Ramp Up Quality) samples on a select number of models as directed.
Determine Quick Scrap, evaluate and scrap, or batch like product for the recondition bench to evaluate.
Observes all safety regulations and is responsible for cleanliness of work area and equipment. Reports any unsafe working conditions to supervisor.
Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
1 year of experience in a distribution business environment preferred
Computer Literate with Windows application, SAP experience an asset
Basic reading, writing, math skills.
