Responsible for arranging and coordinating carrier pickups and all accompanying required paperwork Investigate overages/shortages and proofs for payments as requiredRespond to customer inquiries regarding shipments and provide documents for proof of deliver as requiredEstablishing open and transparent communication channels with carriers, ensuring regular updates, addressing queries, and fostering a collaborative partnershipMay also be required to work trucker's window, schedule return goods authorizations (RGAs),  monitor the shipping yard, creating bill of ladings (BOL) in Papervision and several other miscellaneous dutiesLead all aspects of staging and loading to the correct carriersEntering data on multiple customers' websitesGenerate Reports as needed.
