The Warehouse Team Lead serves as a key connector between associates and management, fostering engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement across inbound, internal processing, and outbound warehouse operations. This critical role coordinates daily work, promotes a safe, productive, and positive work environment, and ensures activities adhere to standard processes, Bosch values, and all corporate and local policies. Team Leads are expected to provide front-line leadership, aligning with the Bosch Competency Model and driving performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC). You will provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, feedback, and support to team members, helping associates build skills, stay engaged, and meet daily performance goals. Success in this role hinges on consistent execution of standard work, clear communication of expectations, appropriate issue escalation, and demonstrating ownership of team performance aligned to SQDC.This is a 2nd shift role.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete Electronic Layered Process Confirmation (eLPC) process checks for assigned warehouse work; provide coaching and feedback to hourly associates during the shift.Track process deviations and KPI results; update Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) boards daily, weekly, and monthly.Utilize KPI data, reaction limits, and eLPC findings to resolve process issues and improve work using Quality and Bosch Production System (BPS) problem-solving tools.Audit 5S activities to ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with standards.Monitor and report on productivity, quality, and attendance, escalating issues promptly when not within standard.Lead daily operations in the Supervisor's absence and maintain workflow; attend next-tier meetings as a Supervisor Proxy.Support the Q-Matrix by checking training records, making updates, ensuring currency, and printing as needed; perform other assigned duties.Team Lead ExpectationsDependability and attendance aligned with role model expectations.Clear and effective communication across all levels.Ability to coach, develop, and hold associates accountable.Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.Application of problem-solving and continuous improvement practices.Commitment to safety standards and operational compliance.Alignment to Bosch Competence Model behaviors.
