What Are We Looking For?
Wider Circle is now seeking to hire "Group Facilitators" to lead small group meetings of older adults. If you are an outgoing person who enjoys connecting with people, we are offering competitive pay, potential to advance in our organization and the flexibility to work from 5 up to 20 hours weekly. Remotely and in the field working hands on with the programs and events.
General Requirements:
* An extroverted people person!
* Availability in the late morning and early afternoon
* Utilize personal car for work transportation purposes, and to maintain appropriate car insurance
* 3 years of work experience
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Be trained to deliver the Wider Circle 6-week curriculum
* Drive participation and lead weekly programming for groups of older adults
* Track group attendance in proprietary application
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bilingual highly preferred
* A passion for serving others, and especially older adults
* Comfort with technology, including MS Office and Google Drive
* A desire to make a positive difference in the community and the world
