We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning, project coordination, and office management, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
Duties
- Manage complex calendars and schedules for multiple executives, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Provide top-notch support for special events and projects, including planning, coordination, and execution
- Maintain accurate records and documents using DocuSign and other tools
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and messages with exceptional phone etiquette
- Transcribe and proofread documents, reports, and presentations to ensure error-free content
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and office supplies management
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless execution of tasks
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our organization's policies and procedures
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Proven experience in event planning and project coordination
- Strong knowledge of office management and organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with DocuSign and other digital signature tools
- Experience with calendar management software
- Strong proofreading and editing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
