Description We are working with a multi-state Hotel Investment Company, who owns more than 26 properties across 3 different states! They invest, management, and develop resorts, timeshare vacation homes, and hotel properties in the most beautiful destinations. You will be reporting into the Controller and working alongside with a team of 18 in their accounting department. Day to day responsibilities: Data entry invoices into accounting software.
Communicate with vendors on outstanding payments, minimal collections.
Data entry daily sales reports from properties.
Maintain electronic file organization.
Coordinate contracts and documents between different properties.
Prepare wire transfers and ACH payments.
Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of administrative experience.
Must be familiar with Excel and type at least 50 WPM.
Prior experience utilizing accounting software preferred.
Friendly, customer service oriented, and an eager to learn personality is a must!
Able to work in office, full-time, Monday - Friday.
Must be currently unemployed.
