; Job Description:

; Summary of Position
The ERP Administrator will support our companys Aptean Made2Manage (M2M) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software practices and be responsible for leading the implementation and support of this system and supporting third-party applications/integrations.The ERP Administrator works with the technology department to provide product solutions for specific business needs.The position will be responsible for working cross-functionally with teams in all departments to manage the order management process (i.e., the inception of a sales order > shipping and fulfillment > customer invoice > GL and income statement.) Additionally, the position is responsible for the implementation of M2M best practices, user management, application security, user adoption, produce policies and procedures, and overall change management practices.
; Essential Functions:
Support suite of M2M applications for all users and provide best practices and ongoing training.Review and analyze user functions and activities, evaluation of available resources and current systems, and the development of appropriate programs or systems to maximize their effectiveness.Perform ongoing maintenance and review of applications systems and programs; identifying problems and suggesting appropriate solutions.When an issue arises, conduct root cause analysis.Design, develop, Research, configure, and test software systems before installation to ensure compatibility with present systems.Responsible for implementing applications; testing decision process, providing a schedule, and production rollout plan.Maintain user and permissions database, ensuring that users have an appropriate level of access per their job role.Remain informed of changes in software, hardware, and industry-standard requirements through Aptean Connect to make recommendations for future software and hardware purchases in advance of the upcoming years budget.Review and analyze organization business needs; communicate with users to evaluate requirements, discuss solutions, and develop a plan of approach.Evaluate software limitations to improve through growth and innovation.Be the technical liaison between all departments and the Technology department to address and coordinate software usage, upgrades, and new software initiatives.Manage project implementations from inception to delivery.Work to ensure high availability and redundancy across all core business application systems.Collaborate with Aptean developers and vendors to secure core Made2Manage infrastructure. Develop for end-user needs and ensure the success of all business objectives.Prepares program documentation to support new or enhanced systems and applications.Coordinates with the technology department to accomplish user acceptance, performance stress, regression, and integration tests; managing vendors and developers to make changes and corrections where necessary.Author and publish knowledge base articles in line with IT standards for end-user Consumption.
