HHSA PROGRAM MGR I – Public Health ($2,783.20 - $3,383.20/Bi-Weekly): One (1) full-time position with the Glenn County Health and Human Services Agency in Willows, CA. Position will plan, organize, direct, and control the activities and staff for the dept. which provides direct service to the public or other public agencies. Four (4) years of advanced journey level prof. exp. in a public environment, inc. one (1) year in a supervisory or admin. capacity and bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or public admin, or a related field. OR Master’s Degree and two (2) years of advanced journey level prof. exp. in public environment and one (1) year in a supervisory capacity or admin capacity.
