Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Folsom, CA
Duration: 6+ Months
Please note: This role will be 100% remote and may be extended based on performance.
Pay Rate: $43/hr
Job Description:
Document business policies, processes, workflows and some procedures. Informally document what is gathered; Organize, compile the content. Present it to me and my core team as a reality check. Drive the conversation with the team to solidify each process and workflow, formalize the documentation of each. Drive the conversation with the team to identify any gaps between what we will have documented as possible desired future state - Vs. how we do things today and what we need to do to close the gaps. Select business procedures as next Ievel of detail down from processes and workflows [likely much the same approach as above as a secondary priority; not every procedure needs to be documented but some do.

CW will be assisting sponsor to create a Program Management Center of Excellence and will be focusing on the following activities:
Establishing core team meetings, arranging virtual meeting logistics
Help document core team R&R
Documenting work streams
Help tweak new intake process and update Smartsheet requirements (collaborate with Finance PMO and HR CoE)
Create a CoE SharePoint site that links to CoP site to promote SC learning tracks
Create and administer a survey to assess PM landscape
Drive inputting of all programs into CoE inventory manager
Create a ZBB list of programs needed resources
Minimum Educational Requirement: BS degree
