Over here on the DevOps team, we are looking for an individual to not only join us in supporting the existing work on the team, but also in collaborating with us on a couple of new projects we plan to roll out.
Role Details/Who You Are: A local, experienced, DevOps Engineer who understands what it takes to build infrastructure to support massive amounts of streaming data. If you understood what DevOps was before the term was coined and know what good infrastructure looks like regardless of if it is on-premise or in the cloud, then your experiences will be heavily valued here. You can expect to: work with on-premise Windows environments, improve general automation, have room to grow and lead new projects.
Required Skills: - 5 yrs of DevOps Engineering, automation experience, or related field - Working experience with primarily Windows environments, Linux is a plus - Strong experience with: Python, Jenkins, Groovy for automation purposes - Creating and managing CI/CD pipelines to support deployment and lifecycle management - Experience automating with the purpose of improving infrastructure needs - Experience with auto-scaling and capacity planning
