Ingredient Batch Mixer (Food Production/On-Site in Fresno, CA)

TeamBuilders Employment & Business Solutions is recruiting for a Ingredient Batch Mixer to join a food manufacturing facility in Fresno, CA. The Ingredient Batch Mixer will be responsible for preparing, mixing and production of ingredients for final baking of ready-to-eat products per the daily production schedule and under the guidance of the Operations Manager Monday through Thursday. On Fridays the duties consist of baking fresh bread. The Ingredient Batch Mixer position is being offered on a full time, temp to hire and will become permanent. The hours of the position will be Monday through Thursday between the hours of 6:00 AM and 2:30 PM and Friday the hours are 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM for bread baking with some overtime as necessary. The starting pay rate is $20.00 per hour.  Company offers excellent benefits, a fantastic team oriented work environment and advancement opportunities. The Essential Duties & Responsibilities of the Ingredient Batch Mixer to Consist of:Performing all required quality assurance tests for weight, size and shape of product Sheeting dough products for final bakingEnsuring speed control; mechanical and AC inverted speed drivesRecording raw product weight and report to Operations ManagerPrepare slurry per daily production specificationsChanging die roll cutter on conveyor for each productPreparation of Fresh BreadFollow bread recipes consistently Communicating with Retail Operations Clerk regarding customer orders and special bakesEnsure fresh bread meets weight, color and appearance standardsEnsure proper amount of supplies are on hand and/or ordered as neededPrepare Fresh Bread Checklist Maintain production and processing equipmentMaintain compliance with all food safety guidelines, quality control measures and ensure daily production goals are metEnsure all machinery, utensils and equipment are sanitized properlyAdditional related duties as required
