Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in flooring installation and refinishing, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent workmanship and preferably bilingual.
Responsibilities:
- Install and refinish various types of flooring, including vinyl, laminate, carpet, and hardwood.
- Measure and prepare job sites for flooring installation.
- Ensure quality control throughout the installation process.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in flooring installation and refinishing.
- Knowledge of different types of flooring materials and installation techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
