Rewarding community manager position for a 161 space mobile home park in Lemoore, CA. Live on-site in employer provided housing. The right candidate must be able to handle day-to-day relations in a professional and courteous manner with residents, vendors, and property management personnel. This position requires a person who can diagnose problems and make repairs. Hands-On Experience in repairs and maintenance is required, such as painting, plumbing, some electrical, carpentry and landscaping - knowledge in pool maintenance is helpful.
The right candidate for the position must have the authority, knowledge and confidence to delegate daily work to the maintenance crew and absolutely must have office and computer skills. You will be responsible to collect and reconcile monthly rents, maintain resident files, serve legal notices and other documents. Process residency documents, including, but not limited to community rule enforcement.
