At Trimco, we believe in making no small plans.
We are a ‘first-of-our-kind’ cannabis processing company. We are purely focused on trimming and we do it at an industrial scale. We are setting out to do nothing less than transform our segment of the cannabis industry and set a new standard for how processing is done.
We have uncovered explosive demand for our services and are growing quickly. We are currently pursuing an ambitious expansion plan across California, and are launching facilities in all the critical cannabis hubs.
To many in the cannabis industry, trimming is a necessary evil. To us, trimming is a delicate craft that is immensely important and valuable. Driven by our love for the plant, we are dedicated to drawing out the aesthetic beauty of the cannabis flower, trimming it to perfection, holding ourselves to the highest production standards, creating an unparalleled working environment for our employees, and maximizing the value that can be created for our farmers. To us, processing is a craft that takes dedication, attention to detail, teamwork, and genuine care for one another.
Having goals is one thing, but it’s our culture is what we’re most proud of. Our mission is simple – to generate long-term, life-changing opportunities for our employees and customers – and we live and die by our 5 core values: We are a people-first organization and believe that if we look after one another and our customers, everyone will thrive. We believe that our work environment should be uplifting and rewarding. We are insanely driven, and working hard not just to be the best, but to become unbeatable at what we do. And we are fiercely protective of our reputation, because the impact we leave on others is our lasting legacy.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to talk to you. We are looking for people who fit our core values to join our growing team across every discipline in the company.
