2007 5th wheel need help

I bought a 5th wheel that needs a little help.anyone who has the know how,how to light a furnace,light the hot water heater,light the furnace ,and help with water leaks (varment chewed through lines )all around care ,it's in pretty good shape but I'm lost in gettin it goin I'm a carpenter all I've done is re floor it lol.please help will pay well.
