The Receptionist/Center Coordinator is a full-time, benefited position for our Redwood Coast PACE program.
In this position, our team member willâ¦
â¢ Provide center support services such as receptionist duties and maintenance of participant records and data.
â¢ Facilitate care coordination and service delivery by generating reports and scheduling service/appointments.
â¢ Manage the flow of visitors to the Day Center and greet visitors in a warm, professional manner.
â¢ Manage the phone system and reception desk equipment.
â¢ Understand the importance of working as a team and collaborate to support agency initiatives.
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and two (2) to three (3) years of administrative experience, preferably in the health care field. A minimum of one (1) year experience working with a frail or elderly population is required.
