Experienced Forklift Driver
Position: Forklift Driver
Location: Corona CA
Compensation:
- Initial three months at $43,000
- After three months, salary increases to $48,000
Key Responsibilities:
Operate various types of forklifts, including chariot forklifts and standup forklifts, efficiently and safely.
Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) without taking shortcuts, ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency.
Accurately and quickly move, store, and organize materials within the warehouse.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring equipment and materials are properly stored.
Follow detailed instructions and work orders, maintaining precise inventory control and accurate record-keeping.
Show up on time for every shift, demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
Be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed, accommodating the demands of our business.
Work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and maintaining high productivity levels.
Utilize technology as required, including warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software.
Qualifications:
Proven experience operating chariot and standup forklifts. Candidates must demonstrate their ability to operate these machines during the interview process.
Ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols without deviation.
Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
