About Us
Specializing in real estate civil litigation our team provides expert support to fiduciaries and attorneys.
Responsibilities
1. Supervise staff with research, drafting and case management.
2. Develop expertise in quiet title.
3. Engage with clients, fiduciaries and experts.
4. Represent clients and fiduciaries and participate in court proceedings.
Requirements
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
2. California Bar license (or eligibility).
3. Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Familiarity with California Probate Code.
2. Knowledge of mortgage foreclosure law.
What We Offer
