Senior Business Intelligence Developer IMMEDIATE NEED for a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join a private university in Irvine, CA for a full-time, remote capable position. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the Microsoft BI stack, with experience in Power BI and data modeling. Responsibilities:
Design and implement solutions addressing changes in data management, analytics and visualization
Perform data integration, write SQL queries, and develop and deploy end-to-end reporting solutions
Extract data from multiple sources and create reports, dashboards, KPIs, and visualization with Power BI
Work with stakeholders across the organization to guide the process of scoping requirements, designing mockups, and defining KPIs
Continuously improve performance and reliability of reports
Recommend solutions for reporting and analytics
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in SQL Server database development/management
Advanced T-SQL skills
Experience in SSIS, SSAS, data warehousing, data modeling, DAX functions, ETL
Experience with Power BI
Experience working with off-shore teams
