Location: Lathrop, CA (100% on-site)

Duration: Dec 2022 - April 2023

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Interviews 1st week of November

40 hours a week with flexible hours

Kelly Technology is currently recruiting for Customer Tech Support Reps to work on-site in Lathrop. The ideal candidate will have strong Customer Service experience and be tech-savvy, w/ a hard-working, & flexible attitude! You will be primary contact for customers to provide technical support and services for their Tax SW product and provide call center technical Tier 2/3 support.

Duties will include but not limited to:

Receive inbound telephone calls, chat messages, and emails on product questions

Provide excellent customer service, tech troubleshooting, and problem resolution

Provide user-friendly explanations and follow-up using telephone, emails, and/or chat, and in person communication

Resolve customer problems in a friendly & timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction


High School Graduate or AA in computer science or business administration or equivalent experience.

1+ years software technical support in a call center environment.

1+ years in Windows Environment, Network Functions, and Configurations and Software Applications.

Spanish speakers strongly preferred
