Human Resources Business Systems Analyst- Time and Labor
The HR Business Systems Analyst requires:
proactive initiative to resolve complex HCM application issues in support/development areas that include training, documentation, configuration, testing, implementation, system analysis, planning, design, development and support of the HR application related to Time and Labor.
This position provides campus production support, analysis of efficiencies and best practices and recommendations for enhancements to development.
This position will also support a secondary HR module which may include Absence Management, Benefits, Workforce Administration or Recruiting.
Requirements:
Recent experience in PeopleSoft HR Application 9.2
In depth knowledge of Time and Labor rules, configuration, troubleshooting
Minimum 3 years’ experience working with Time and Labor
Higher education or public sector experience preferred
Technical SQL experience preferred
Ability to work remotely (all equipment provided) and utilize tools Zoom, Slack, Jabber, Microsoft Teams. Stable wi-fi connection required.
