Create original concepts, compelling messaging, and innovative creative solutions for a variety of fun, simple, inspiring, and good-for-you brands.Partner with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers, Producers, and cross-functional teams to develop breakthrough ideas and integrated campaigns across TV/video, social and influencer campaigns, experiential activations, point-of-sale and collateral, print, out-of-home, CRM, branding and PR programs.Lead the verbal development and execution of campaigns from concept through final production, ensuring work is strategically sound, creatively compelling, and aligned with brand objectives.Develop copy and content across a wide range of deliverables, ensuring a high level of craft, consistency, and attention to detail throughout the creative process.Develop creative work in support of our philanthropic efforts in health and wellness, education, community development and the arts.Collaborate closely with producers, project managers, and marketing partners to ensure creative solutions are delivered effectively and efficiently.Own projects from briefing through final delivery, balancing multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and maintaining creative excellence.Build and nurture relationships with cross functional teams.Foster an idea-first culture that values collaboration, curiosity, accountability, creative excellence, and a passion for making memorable work.
