Overnight Houseperson

What you will be doing:Reporting to the Director of Housekeeping, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Keep the hotel guest-readyClean and maintain public areas, hallways, stairwells, elevator landings, ice machine rooms, trash rooms and storage areas.Collect and remove trash and soiled linens from guest floors and public spaces.Report any maintenance issues right away.Set up the team for successStock linen closets and housekeeping carts with linens, cleaning supplies and guest amenities.Move products, equipment and supplies in and out of the main housekeeping storerooms.Keep inventory organized and maintain par levels for linens and supplies.Place bathrobes and amenities in arriving guest rooms.Respond to guests through the nightDeliver and pick up items from guest rooms promptly and courteously.Offer friendly, professional service to every guest you meet.Log and tag all lost and found items in the Housekeeping Office.Work safely and independentlySign master keys, radios and devices in and out every shift.Follow all safety, sanitation and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) procedures.Manage your time and complete tasks with minimal supervision.Support special requests and projects as assigned by Housekeeping leadership.
