UCan do all this and more at UCLA Health.You will be responsible for providing high quality, compassionate care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with the standards of professional nursing practice and in the role as described by the American Nurses Association (ANA). This involves engaging in a wide range of activities related to ethics, education, evidence-based practice and research, quality improvement, leadership, collaboration, professional practice evaluation, resources utilization, environmental health, and patient advocacy.Performs conscious sedation for procedures. Administers contrast to cardiac echocardiograms. Performs cardiac stress testing and also cardio-pulmonary function testing. Works with both adult and pediatric patients. Prepares preliminary reports of stress tests for the cardiologists.QualificationsAt least 5 years of cardiology/cardiothoracic experience preferredAble to read basic EKGs.
