Optometry office looking for part-time optician/receptionist/assistant to grow with our practice. This person will interface with patients and doctors, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, maintain charts and greet patients. This person will also be responsible for regular office duties, light cleaning, keeping track of supplies and maintaining office equipment.
Other duties may include: Pre-testing patient, Adjusting and repairing glasses, Authorizing insurance and billing
Requirements:Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (medical office experience preferred).Able to multi-task with a smile in a fast paced environment. Reliable, caring, compassionate, and professional. Must pay attention to detail. Proficient with typing and computer data entry.
Second Language preferred: Mandarin or Taiwanese or Korean
