Immediate opening for experienced home health RN/LVN to work HYBRID at Good Remedy Healthcare, Inc. Responsibilities include assist in completing the 485 (Plan of Care), able to code, review nursing, and multidisciplinary notes, review Evals and Recerts for Medicare and non Medicare patients including OASIS.

Position Responsibilities:

Able to review/update nursing, multidisciplinary notes, and the charts.

COMPLIANCE WITH MEDICARE/MEDI-CAL CERTIFICATION (CHAP SURVEY). FAMILIAR WITH HEALTHCARE SYNERGY. PREFER PREVIOUS HOME HEALTH EXPERIENCE.
