Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture parts according to blueprints and specifications.
Interpret technical drawings, models, and instructions for proper machine setup.
Perform routine maintenance and calibration of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure parts meet required tolerances and quality standards.
Adjust machine settings to accommodate different materials and ensure precision.
Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues as needed to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
Proficiency in programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines.
Strong understanding of CNC machine maintenance and calibration.
Knowledge of various materials such as metals and plastics.
