As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management our commercial shopping plaza, on site. You will be working with an assistant and will play a crucial role in maintaining property and tenant management, tenant satisfaction, and overall accountability.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate leases and rental agreements with tenants
- Maintain organized property files and records
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address their concerns promptly
- Manage tenant relationships and address inquiries or issues effectively
- Oversee contract management for vendors and service providers
- Communicate with tenants, vendors and other correspondences to facilitate situations that may occur.
Skills
- 5yr experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for administrative tasks
- Strong knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property management
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Assertive when dealing with vendors, tenants and other personel
- Experience in negotiating contracts and agreements
- Must be quick on your feet, quick at solving problems, multi-tasking, work well under pressure, willing to do leg-work, good communication skills, organized and punctual
